Parenting is never easy, so one might think co-parenting is downright impossible. With many changes in a short amount of time, it can be a challenge to figure out how to navigate everyday issues and make important decisions. What used to be two parents working hand in hand, is now only one left to manage the task of parenting. Not to mention the negatively charged emotions caused by divorce and the kids’ tendency. All this explains why parents in these situations can feel hopeless, anxious, and start doubting themselves. But it is not the end of the world.
